UPDATE 3 - the S@H Director, Connor, called me to apologise for the delays and blamed a member of staff for the issues. He arranged collection the following day which he attended and the dryer was taken away and a refund was finally issued! If you're having similar issues call him on 01793 488663 to ask for a response. Glad they took responsibility and resolved the problem. My advice is to purchase from them using a credit card for full or part payment so at least you have Section 75 protection and be sure to leave a review.UPDATE 2 - It's now been over 5 weeks since we made a return request and still no collection of the faulty tumble drier and of course no refund. Sporadic and vague responses to my many, many emails and their live chat is a joke. Now stuck with a faulty tumble drier and lost over £300. Ongoing claim via our credit card via Section 75. FYI - I think most of their negative reviews have been posted against a company with the same name in Denmark in error (I made this mistake too).UPDATE 1 - faulty dryer, submitted a return request 1 day after delivery and all downhill from there! No response to request, limited response on live chat so now having to initiate Section 75 return via credit card. Very frustrating there's no phone number for Shop@Home.
