We bought an A grade fridge freezer but it arrived with deep scratches on the front door and a missing shelf. We were offered a measly £40 for the damaged front (which we accepted because we couldn’t face moving it again) and they offered a new shelf to be sent out as soon as possible. However they have not sent the shelf (it’s been 2 months since they promised) and they will not reply to our messages! Avoid buying from this company!
