The item arrived in unacceptable condition ( a dishwasher)—covered in mould, heavily used, smelly, and entirely inconsistent with the listing, which described it as an ex-display item. In reality, it resembles scrap rather than a usable appliance.Furthermore, the delivery team left the item unattended at the entrance of my estate for several hours without any notice or delivery confirmation.
