I would like to express my dissatisfaction with my last delivery and installation 3 months ago service carried out by an individual named Carl.During the installation of my washing machine, Carl charged me £25 for a blue pipe. However, after completing the installation, he informed me that he could not position the washing machine properly into the designated slot, citing the presence of a gas pipe behind and claiming that the appliance was too large for the space.Upon closer inspection after he left, I discovered that the actual issue was that the blue pipe he installed was too short, which was the main reason the washing machine could not be pushed fully into the slot. As a result, the machine was left improperly installed, with nearly half of its body protruding outside the intended space.This experience was extremely disappointing, and I cannot recommend Carl’s services based on the lack of professionalism and the inadequate installation provided, and the worst of all he also asked me to write a good feedback on him right after 🤦♂️
