Didn’t started well but they turned it around

Initially i was very upset at the lack of communication from the shop at home. Emails not being replied and a phone number that will always go to a voice message. After complaining on different social media platforms, i finally received an email from them very apologetic and letting me know they were short on staff and therefore it took them longer to reply.They also said they will let me know all the info i needed for my delivery on Monday.I received an email very early this morning saying my cooker was being delivered today.I just received it and although i haven’t opened it yet, everything looks great.The two gents that delivered the cooker were super nice and helpful.In my opinion if this company has a better customer service and keeps people updated on their order it’s great.We did not have the best start but they redeemed themselves and I would buy from them again.
