Ordered a fridge freezer Tuesday 30th April with the impression I’d have a dispatch confirmation within 72hours. It’s now 3rd May and I’ve just had an email saying they have cancelled my order due to not having the stock? Who would you advertise it without actually having it. I now have to wait 10 working days for a refund, I am a mum with two under two and now have to pay for another fridge freezer which puts me in my overdraft as I don’t have the money to afford it. Wish I had checked trust pilot before I ordered as it seems a common occurrence!10/10 do not recommend!
