This company is amazing. We bought an American fridge which got delivered on 6th March. The two guys who came to deliver it were very nice and friendly. Once the delivery guys left we realised that the fridge was a monster and too big to put in the kitchen. It was a shame really as it was an excellent fridge with all the bells and whistles. Consequently, I emailed the company twice to request a return. I then rang them and spoke with a wonderful guy called Connor who agreed to exchange it and refund the difference. Amazing experience. In my humble opinion, we should support companies like these instead of established ones whose prices are much much higher. BTW. I have no affiliation with this company and this is my genuine experience.
