After Sales

I needed to get in touch after receiving my appliance. I emailed, 3 hours later, nothing. There is no telephone number so I used the chat service (I use the word 'service' very loosely) nearly 15 minutes after I sent my first message someone responded.Upside is that the appliance is as it was advertised and is definitely brand new
