I purchased a soundbar from this company and was informed by email that delivery would take seven days. After five days, the courier cancelled the delivery, stating they never received the parcel from the supplier. It has now been eight days with no update, and the company has not responded to any of my messages. There is also no customer service phone number listed on their website.This is a scam — avoid at all costs.
