I bought a Hisense American fridge freezer June 2024,it came with an extended 2year Hisense warranty After 13 months the fridge freezer failed, Hisense eventually issued an uplift number for Shop@home to use, after very many emails to different addresses and what looks like they have blocked my emails to the helpdesk,I have now written to them citing that they are in breach of the Consumer Rights Act 2015.I sent this 9 days ago giving them 14 days to rectify, if not rectified, the next step is the small claims court. Customers service is non existent!
