I placed an order in December as a Christmas gift and was not informed that it was from another party in the USA, resulting in duty fees upon delivery. I paid the fees to accept the delivery and contacted the company via email. They advised me not to pay it, claiming the seller was responsible. The seller charged me again for duty instead of refunding me. Now, weeks later, I have still not received my refund. I have requested proof of the refund from the seller, as they claim to have issued it, but nothing has been provided. As a long-time customer, I am deeply disappointed and will not be ordering from the company again. Their customer service leaves much to be desired.
