Plantation panel was delivered broken and was replaced after an additional 5 week wait. Initially they wanted me to repack the broken panel and ship it back but then reconsidered and told me to trash it. In the same order, I had 2 side light panels for either side of a front door. Original shipment didn’t fit as the panels would not close into the boxes. After a lot of back and forth, they agreed to replace - same problem so I modified them myself to fit. Overall quality control not so good and for the money paid, materials used (partial wood) seem cheap. A rating of 4 is generous.
