This was a very enjoyable and satisfying experience. Mostly, I appreciated the clarity, completeness, and patience afforded me during the finalization process. After the order was placed, a wonderful agent, Cinthia, worked with me over a period of 10 days to assure that accurate measurements were taken and all options were carefully considered. All my questions were carefully answered, and excellent guidance was provided.
Once you complete your online order, they confirm everything in your order with a follow up phone call to insure accuracy. this is a great practice! A previous order that I made arrived in good condition and the shutters look wonderful.
I really like that they contacted me the next day and we discuss the entire order. They to verify pay, for whatever reason I did not get the conf. email. I received a call and it was resent and I was able to do that. The communication/customer service is amazing. Now I am just waiting on my shutters.
