Non existent customer service!I received my order last week but was missing 3 out of the 4 items that I ordered. I have been waiting online with their AI chat for 20 minutes but no one has responded yet. I also emailed on Friday. I can’t even do a charge back because I used a gift card. You should have a dedicated team who responds to order concerns within 24 hours and a phone number where you can be reached. What’s worse is that the retail stores can’t help or guide you in the right direction with either. Not to mention EVERYTHING is overpriced!
