We got a terrible cold storm and I was so nervous about my plants getting delivered, but then I got an email saying that they would hold onto the plants until this storm got cleared up and the weather wasn’t so terrible so that the plants would be sure to be healthy and happy when they were delivered. They were perfect when they arrived! They were wrapped in insulated bubble wrap, paper, and in really nice thick boxes to make sure that they didn’t get frosted.

Confusing email confirmations...

I'm puzzled by the numerous emails asking me to confirm receipt of my order, which seem like a push to leave a review. They claim it's to confirm delivery, but tracking is available, so the company should already know it arrived without sending repetitive automated emails.

Gorgeous plants!

The plants are beautiful! One box was damaged, but the olive tree inside appeared unharmed. It's struggling after two weeks, despite careful care, but I hope it's just shipping shock and will recover.
