1st of all…I was appalled when I saw the comments of others on this site. DO NOT by any means listen to the bad reviews about this company. I purchased my first plant (literally the first plant I ever owned) from the sill back in 2019. Today, Jade is 4 years old and she is a monstrous monstera. She is in her fourth and final pot and she’s alive today thanks to the careful packaging and guidance of their wonderful support team. I just purchased my second plant, Princess Penelope (a pink princess philodendron, obviously lol) who also arrived perfectly happy and healthy. She already has 2 new leaves and is adjusting beautifully to her surroundings. The reason I am leaving this review is because I personally reached out to the company to thank them since I wasn’t able to leave a review on their website and they directed me here. I can’t imagine why anyone would have anything negative to say about this company and I hope more satisfied customers reach out because their rating is really unfair.
