the lack of compliance with Australian Consumer Laws is shocking, I was assured that I would receive a refund due to me contacting within the 24 hour mark, additionally they stated as an excuse that the order has already entered the shipping process and yet according to shop and the literal site given tracking updates its completely unfulfilled. every email ive attempted to send hasnt been responded to for days on end, despite the website assuring responses within 24-48 hours (something that has yet to happen btw) and even worse ive recieved the exact same ai copy and paste response to each request genuinely appalling

Avoid this service at all costs!

I placed an order three weeks ago, believing it to be based in Australia. Each time I follow up, I receive the same response: 'we will check why it’s taking so long.' With only two days left before Christmas, my $150 for my daughter's gift has been taken by these scammers. 😡🤬🤬

AVOID THIS COMPANY. I placed an order three weeks ago, supposedly from an Australian location. Each time I follow up, I receive a response saying, 'we will check why it’s taking so long.' With just two days before Christmas, my $150 for a gift has vanished, leaving me frustrated and angry.

Awful Experience

My order took four weeks to arrive. I inquired multiple times about an item listed as in stock, and they claimed it was with a courier but couldn't provide tracking. When it finally arrived, the quality was extremely poor, with care tags cut off, and the queen size quilt cover didn't fit a standard quilt. I asked for a refund, but they only offered an exchange or store credit. A very disappointing and misleading experience. AVOID!

Poor Quality Products

The quality is extremely low and the prices are inflated, all items are drop-shipped from overseas. Do not purchase. Thankfully, I received a full refund. They appear to be high-end but are actually cheap and unusable.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE! They drop ship from overseas and I regret not checking before purchasing. The same item is likely available for a fraction of the price elsewhere. It took over six weeks to arrive, and they won't disclose that the products are outsourced. You pay premium prices for subpar items. It's essentially a scam. Although the goods do eventually arrive, it's not worth the hassle.

Zero Stars if Possible

If I could give zero stars, I would. I wish I had read the reviews beforehand. No receipt or tracking number, and now three weeks later, I’m still getting no help. Their response of 'don’t worry, it’s shipped' is far from reassuring. I will be contacting my credit card company. AVOID!

Subpar Bedding Quality

The bedding quality is terrible—thin and see-through. The color was different from what was advertised, and I received only one pillowcase instead of two. The sheets were crammed into a plastic bag and not neatly folded. They refuse to offer a refund, only store credit. I plan to report them for a breach of consumer laws. Cheap products at high prices.

Items Not Sent and No Refunds

I ordered a quilt cover set on November 2nd, and as of November 20th, it still hasn't arrived despite multiple follow-ups. The company is based locally but dropships from overseas. I requested a refund and was told I should have asked within 24 hours. *UPDATE* As of December 4th, my order is still missing.
