I love this website it has the best content for sims. And they are also very understanding. I went through a difficult month and i didn't cancel my vip annual subscription but couldnt afford it so I wrote to them and they cancelled the paiement immediately.
TSR has been my FAVE go-to for all of my Sims 4 CC. I’ve been a subscriber for years and I’ve gotten more than enough value out of my subscription. I used this website for awhile and enjoyed it, I have since stopped using it since I don't play the sims as often and had a VIP subscription set up, I didn't realize untill I saw my bank statement but I got into contact with customer support and they got back to me very quickly and helped me cancel the service and get my refund ❤️
I just love this website! There is new CC for my SIMS 4 game every single day! Sometimes I'll check it every day and download whatever is new, other times it might have been a few months and then I'll just go and do big CC Shopping. I also never thought this would happen, but I even had contact to the support, because there was an issue with my VIP membership, which they could fix.It took a few days, but they made up for it and extended my VIP membership for 2 months! So if you're looking for some good Sims 4 CC from literally any category: this is the right place to look and find!
Great source of sims CC been using them since 2021 and haven’t had any issues with customer service… (yet!). I really like the add to basket options for bulk downloading of CC. I wish we can have a bigger space in the basket though. I wish the filters for the CC especially for houses is nicer. Some lot sizes you cannot organize/filter by and the filters are VERY wonky. If you can get used to that then I would recommend TSR. Improvement wise I would suggest better filtering.
