AVOID THIS SERVICE AT ALL COSTS! I was accepted for a free course back in September, but they didn't enroll me until late November. Due to personal commitments, I can't complete the course in December, and they only allow a two-week delay or a £100 cancellation fee. It's frustrating that they can delay for weeks or months, but "learners" aren't granted the same flexibility! AVOID THIS SERVICE!
I've successfully completed my fifth level 2 course with the company, as well as a level 3. I have no complaints about the entire process; support is consistently available when needed. I'm already excited to enroll in another course in the upcoming year.

I have just completed my fifth level 2 course with the service, along with a level 3. I can't fault the process from beginning to end. Support is available whenever needed. I'm already planning to enroll in another course next year.
The learning platform is easy to understand and structured well, allowing for reflection on the content and its application in real-life contexts. Following the course in the suggested order enhances engagement and flow. The support team addressed my concerns and provided suggestions for my learning progress. When I faced challenges, they extended my assessment submission time, which was a reasonable option. I recommend this course to anyone interested in team management and product development.
I am still waiting for my certification after completing the course in August. I have received no emails or calls from the institution, which I find quite disrespectful considering the submission deadlines. There should be deadlines for communication as well.
The course was indeed very informative. I learned a lot, and the links to relevant charities helped me understand the support available for children facing mental health issues. This is a topic I have been eager to explore. The tutorial support was excellent, encouraging me to reach my full potential. I'm now studying a part-time Level 2 Counselling Skills course in person, and the digital skills gained here have prepared me well.
The course material was comprehensive and easily accessible. I felt supported throughout, with realistic deadlines and the option for extensions if needed. I will definitely sign up for another course when I can fully commit again (after my holiday).
