Wow! I am so grateful that I found Tommy, The Mind Engineer. I have had several relationships that had issues and traditional counseling wasn't helping. Of course, communication was key but after talking with Tommy, I realized that the way I was listening and communicating was not correct. After the first session with Tommy, things started registering more clearly in my mind. He showed me how past experiences are processed in the mind and how they affect a person in the right now. Having this information and applying it to everyday life has been life changing. Not only has my relationship with my wife improved exponentially, my approach to everything else going on around me has been great. I am so very thankful that I found Tommy and I have recommended Tommy to quite a few of my friends. (They all love him!!) Tommy's approach is one that both males and females will benefit from his service. I cannot recommend Tommy and his Mind Engineer program enough for you. He is what I needed to get my life on track and improving my emotional wellbeing.
I’ve been working with Tommy for several years now. He is amazing with his insights and knowledge of how the mind works🤩. He is passionate about his calling and selflessly works to help his clients understand why they think like they do and how. Tommy will ask me to Identify my emotion that may be popping up, work through it , questioning me Why I might be feeling that particular way. In particular we have been working though grief/sadness, guilt/shame, anger and hurt. Tommy will ask me to go back to an event or events where I might have not been “helped” by my parents or shamed me to keep quiet instead of sharing how I was feeling. The little Suzanne was not heard. I was taught to stuff my emotions whether it was anger, sadness, envy, etc as they were considered “bad”. As a result I developed deep anger, grief, sadness that has been with me unresolved for many years. If these “bad” emotions show up, I feel guilty.Tommy has worked tirelessly in his weekly group zoom meetings as well as private coaching to help me identify and work through these emotions. This is uncovering the shadow in me that can finally be recognized, embraced and allowed to be freed. I am so much happier. I absolutely recommend working with Tommy, The Mind Engineer🥳💙
I came to Tommy feeling stuck and stalled in my business. I had been on a hiatus for about two years and felt overwhelmed to start. First, I'd like to say I felt total acceptance and safety to fully express my thoughts and feelings with Tommy. This is huge when doing this kind of work.Tommy helped me to see how I was neglecting a part of me, which translated to rejecting that part, which created a disconnect and lack of trust within. Tommy was kind and caring in our sessions and provided me with a printed copy of our conversations and also shared resources for me to use in my own time freely. I highly recommend spending time with Tommy if you want to take a deep dive into what's keeping you stuck!
I just need to share that I had a one on one with Tommy and it was powerful ! He helped me get to the root cause of a situation that I was unable to understand for years. Tommy’s gentle and genuine approach helped guide me to self awarenesses that have been hidden in my subconscious for years! He was able to show me what I have been doing to self sabotage the love of myself. Tommy also provided me with questions, tools and support to help me further my growth. Tommy is simply incredible at getting right to the heart (and mind) of the matter. His compassionate and astute observations are so evident, it's quite easy to drop the walls you have that you didn't even know were there. His tools and approach aren't like other coaches, and honestly, I'd say they are 10x more effective. I'd recommend The Mind Engineer to anyone who really wants to make necessary change and healthy improvements in their lives.
Working with Tommy has helped me reframe my perspective and has changed one of my traumatic memories. Unlike many therapists that I have had, Tommy has a different approach, one that does not sugar coat. His questions guide me and steer me in a direction that helps me find peace. I highly recommend Tommy to anyone who has not resolved their childhood trauma. I realize now that all of my insecurities, fear, and limiting beliefs stem from my childhood. While I still have things I need to deal with, Tommy helped me with a lot!
Tommy has transformed my life. He helped me get to the roots of my struggles with anxiety, anger, shame and low self confidence. Tommy compassionately helped me uncover my self judgement and shame about being me. Through that process I was able to become aware of how I'd been viewing myself at a subconscious level for most of my life. I had not believed in myself, felt that I wasn't worthy of hearts desires including being in love and that I didn't belong. Through his approach I was able to heal my pain and repair my relationship with my younger self. It's a process and I'm still working on it. The outcomes of working with Tommy for me are less stress including fear, shame, anger and hopelessness. I have greater self confidence, belief in myself and better relationships with my children, siblings, friends and clients. I felt loved and accepted by Tommy and he taught me how to love and accept myself despite my current struggles with undesired behavior. Self love and self acceptance leads to improved wellbeing, behavior chanbe, and deeper relationships. I am also more confident in my business which has helped me recruit more coaching clients. I am grateful to have healed under Tommy and in many ways grateful to have learned his approach. I can be more of me because of working with Tommy. 10 out of 10. 🙏❤️
This result would not have been possible had I not worked with Tommy. This is just the way it is ! When least expected something happened that threw me into what should I do. It threw me into will the person be blamed .Will I be blamed. Nothing would have happened had I not looked at a receipt.Then the anxiety kicked in. During a prior session Tommy had said to go back to an earlier time when you're a child what happened then how did you feel. What does this feeling remind you of. Yes I followed that memory that led to reliving it then release and making the choice to heal and move foreward. The anxiety melted away and any need to tell friends went with it. Am I lucky. No. I had the good sense to accept what was put before me and connect with and work with Tommy Walker!
Working with Tommy has been amazing. I've been on a healing journey for a while but have made the most advancements since working with Tommy. He's unlike any other Coach out there and I feel his methods actually make more of a difference and in such a compassionate and loving way with no judgment. He has helped me to peel back one layer at a time to transform my negative self beliefs. He's helped me embrace, listen to and even love all inner parts.
