I ordered an item on the 14th of December costing £18.84. I never received the item. Upon enquiring with SKIN HUT as to where my order was, I was informed that I had failed to collect it.
I told SKIN HUT that I have never received any notification whatsoever to collect the item.
I sent a further email enquiring where my refund of £18.84 was!
I was informed that when the product was returned to them they would issue me a refund.
I didn’t have the product so could not return it!
No refund has been received to date.
It has now been six weeks since I ordered this product and I never received it, nor have I received a refund or apology.
I am a new customer for this company and I’m extremely disappointed with the services and communication from SKIN HUT.
This is why I have decided to do NEGATIVE review about SKIN HUT.
Most importantly there is no contact telephone number to ring up their customer services and speak to a human! You just have to email and wait and wait and wait! 😡
