Review Time
I ordered an item on the 14th of December costing £18.84. I never received the item. Upon enquiring with SKIN HUT as to where my order was, I was informed that I had failed to collect it.
I told SKIN HUT that I have never received any notification whatsoever to collect the item.
I sent a further email enquiring where my refund of £18.84 was!
I was informed that when the product was returned to them they would issue me a refund.
I didn’t have the product so could not return it!
No refund has been received to date.
It has now been six weeks since I ordered this product and I never received it, nor have I received a refund or apology.
I am a new customer for this company and I’m extremely disappointed with the services and communication from SKIN HUT.
This is why I have decided to do NEGATIVE review about SKIN HUT.
Most importantly there is no contact telephone number to ring up their customer services and speak to a human! You just have to email and wait and wait and wait! 😡
Avoid this seller! Complete disappointment! They failed to deliver my order and did not respond to any emails for over two weeks. After waiting so long, I requested to cancel my order as I was leaving the country for an extended period. However, they shipped it 15 days after I placed the order, completely ignoring my cancellation request. They provided a tracking number that didn't work, and despite multiple emails asking for proof of delivery, I still haven't received a response almost a week later. I will be reporting them for these unacceptable practices.
Stay Away - I ordered a pricey candle on December 16th and have yet to receive it. My emails have gone unanswered, and I can't reach anyone by phone. It's hard to believe a company can be so untrustworthy. I've requested a refund but received no response. I recommend not purchasing anything from this service.
Extremely disappointing experience. I placed an order for shampoos online back in November during a sale, and they still haven't arrived. After several weeks of following up, I received an email stating they would ship the next day. This was untrue. It's been weeks, and I still haven't received a refund. Complete scammers!
A group of fraudsters. It's essential to do some research, as the companies involved share ownership and have similar reviews. They are also associated with another business, so it might be wise to contact them regarding any order issues.
This was my first order from the service, and I was a bit hesitant due to some recent negative reviews, but my experience was fantastic! My order arrived in just 3 days, and I even received a freebie in the package! I would definitely recommend.
