Based on my most recent dealings. The wrong product was delivered and when I brought it to their attention I really didn’t like their attitude. Firstly she said she’d have to check with the warehouse to see if they packed the wrong product (obviously they did, I had the order and I had the wrong product, she had the order and the image of the package & product received!) then she came back to me after the weekend and asked would I like to buy the incorrect product for a discounted rate (No I wouldn’t like to pay another €40 to your company for a product I have no use for….I’d like the product I ordered, which is why I ordered it) Eventually, I received my original order and after a week they picked up the incorrect product. Just all too much hassle to bother buying from them again!
