Based on my most recent dealings. The wrong product was delivered and when I brought it to their attention I really didn’t like their attitude. Firstly she said she’d have to check with the warehouse to see if they packed the wrong product (obviously they did, I had the order and I had the wrong product, she had the order and the image of the package & product received!) then she came back to me after the weekend and asked would I like to buy the incorrect product for a discounted rate (No I wouldn’t like to pay another €40 to your company for a product I have no use for….I’d like the product I ordered, which is why I ordered it) Eventually, I received my original order and after a week they picked up the incorrect product. Just all too much hassle to bother buying from them again!
The skin nerds delivery times are so slow. They state they aim to have your order to you in 2-4 days however as a return customer this has never been the case. Orders don’t even get dispatched in the 4 day window. Not sure why they’re so behind other online businesses in terms of timely delivery or notifying customers during busy times like sales that there will be a delay
I only use Doll 10 products if I can help it due to how clean the products are after my acne journey I really researched what ingredients are in make up and love the Doll 10 brand, as it’s an American company it’s hard to find these products in the UK but so pleased I came across The Skin Nerd and love that they only recommend clean products too! £6 shipping also beats £46 if I was to order from USA! The delivery was well packaged and came within 2 days! Thank you The Skin Nerd! I will definitely be ordering again.
I’ve used the skin nerd for years and I just adore that the consultation is tailor made. I have no clue what to buy, so having someone help me choose products and then designing a plan has been so valuable. Now I just have to remember to do it every day!
I have had two consultations with Skin Nerd and a consultation for my teenage son. I have spent over €800 since August of last year on services and products. I emailed to report a faulty jade roller which hade broken through no fault of my own. (A product I purchased on their recommendation). Skin Nerd’s response was that I was outside the return window and they would not replace it. They then (insultingly) offered 10% off the cost of a replacement which amounts to €1.70. According to The CCPC, if a product is faulty you are entitled to repair, refund or replacement. For the sake of €16.95 (cost of the roller) the company are not recognising my consumer rights or value as a customer. To me the amount of money I have spent is considerable but obviously not to them. Others please be warned, the company clearly do not value repeated custom and loyalty.
