I have had two consultations with Skin Nerd and a consultation for my teenage son. I have spent over €800 since August of last year on services and products. I emailed to report a faulty jade roller which hade broken through no fault of my own. (A product I purchased on their recommendation). Skin Nerd’s response was that I was outside the return window and they would not replace it. They then (insultingly) offered 10% off the cost of a replacement which amounts to €1.70. According to The CCPC, if a product is faulty you are entitled to repair, refund or replacement. For the sake of €16.95 (cost of the roller) the company are not recognising my consumer rights or value as a customer. To me the amount of money I have spent is considerable but obviously not to them. Others please be warned, the company clearly do not value repeated custom and loyalty.
