I frequently buy skinny syrups and coffee syrup. I always wait for offers on the products I like or it can be a bit expensive. Fortunately they have frequent offers. I haven’t liked all the products I’ve bought but the ones I do have certainly helped with weight loss and maintenance.
I placed a significant order on January 4th with the expectation of next business day delivery, aiming for January 6th. I have yet to receive my order and haven't received any dispatch email. There’s no option to cancel online, and I haven’t gotten any responses to my phone calls, emails, or messages in the online chat. I was looking forward to trying new products, but all I receive are daily promotional emails. I'm really disappointed with the situation.
I placed a large order in early December, which included various condiments, pastas, and a mystery air fryer bundle. The order arrived a few days later, but the air fryer bundle was missing. I contacted the support team through the website chat with no response, then emailed customer service and was asked for photos, which I promptly provided. I was informed that an investigation would take place to locate the missing item, but after a few follow-ups, I received no updates or resolution. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing, especially since I was hoping to receive the product as a Christmas gift. This was my first order with this service, and it may be my last, given the lack of communication and resolution.
