I have previously bought Smartbud products and have had a great experience with them. I even bought them for friends and family.Recently, I tried buying the Smartbud Flush product direct. After a week it had not been dispatched. I chased on this then they cancelled my order and they told me they couldn't fulfil the order. Allegedly, they initiated a refund. I ordered another product at a higher price (as the initial discount was no longer available) then found out I could get it from Amazon on prime for cheaper than my original order. So I cancelled the second order and requested a refund. The second refund went through fine but to this date I have not received the refund.I raised a chargeback through my credit card supplier. I told Smartbuds customer service this is what I would be doing and they acknowledged this. The refund was applied by my credit card supplier but today an email came through suggesting that Smartbud has disputed the chargeback.I emailed them with some firm feedback and the absolute cretin on their customer service line suggested that if I offered the review I promised they'd give me a £5 discount. Well here's your review, you absolute idiot. Don't resolve any of the issues you have caused just offer me a £5 discount without any comment on the other matters.Beyond shady business practices and I won't spend a single penny further with this shambolic company.
