I have purchased 3 times from Smartbud. The first time I bought the Smartbud (original) which has worked fine up until recently, it charges to 100% and loses charge within 5 minutes (sometimes less), and I later ordered the holder and replacement tips. Most recently, I ordered the Smartbud Pro a few months ago for my daughter for Christmas. It suddenly stopped working a few weeks ago. We've followed all troubleshooting on the app and tried it on 3 different phones, so we know it isn't the phone that is the issue, it is a fault with the unit itself. I have emailed the 2 different email addresses I have for Smartbud and both have been returned as "Undeliverable". This was not an inexpensive purchase. For it to work for only 2 months is extremely disappointing and there doesn't seem to be any way of actually contacting the company to rectify the issue. I am extremely unhappy, bordering on furious at this point, as is my daughter.
