A life changing course for me. The daily "lessons", the non-judgmental and accessible support from Kate Bee, her team and peers took me to a better understanding of the whys and how to manage life without alcohol. I took this course over 5 years ago and have never once regretted it or wished I hadn't spent the money on it. At the Sober School meet up in January 2026 I was delighted to be reunited with my course mates and friends ☺️

Founded by Kate Bee in 2016, we specialise in supporting "grey zone" drinkers - women who use alcohol as a coping mechanism but don't fit traditional recovery models.
Our flagship programme, Getting Unstuck, is a 6-week online course that teaches practical skills for managing urges, emotions and triggers without relying on willpower or white-knuckling. We use cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) techniques and causal coaching to help women understand why they drink and create lasting change.
