I have purchased several items previously but you never know how good a company is until you have a problem.
My last order arrived, as usual, very quickly but one of the lights did not work so I emailed them and I received a reply within hours. Nicole asked me to provide a photograph of the faulty unit, which I did, and she assured me a replacement unit would be sent out straight away.
