I have purchased several items previously but you never know how good a company is until you have a problem.
My last order arrived, as usual, very quickly but one of the lights did not work so I emailed them and I received a reply within hours. Nicole asked me to provide a photograph of the faulty unit, which I did, and she assured me a replacement unit would be sent out straight away.
That is excellent service.
We had a problem with our Lumify lights not working. We contacted the Team at the Solar Centre and Ella and Nicole dealt with the issue. A check list to test our lights was used and on our reply a new set of lights were sent. All are working once again.
I cannot praise Ella and Nicole enough for their very personalised customer service and once again the company’s response to our needs.

have used the lights from Solar Centre for years, as they really do last longer than most. And when they did finally fade out I was guided on how to repair it - and they lasted another few years. And when they finally blinked their last, Ella in customer services helped me find the right spare parts to keep my garden lit up, thank you!
Bought a twin set of 8 solar garden lights from the Solar Centre and they work a treat in our garden giving a lovely, subtle lighting effect in our borders. The product is small and inconspicuous but the lighting effect is excellent giving a greater field of view in the evening. After sales service has also been first class. Ella was most friendly, efficient and very helpful. Would most definitely recommend.
Ella and the team at the Solar Centre are great. I have had four lights from them and am really pleased with them. When there was a problem with one of them it was resolved promptly. I recommend them for anyone needing Solar powered lighting.
