I attempted to make my purchase on the evening of December 2nd, clearly within the advertised promotion period. The website indicated that a discount would apply at checkout, but it didn’t. I took screenshots as proof. I contacted customer service immediately while the promotion was still live, but they only replied after it ended and claimed they couldn’t assist because the offer was over. This is unacceptable, as I reported the issue timely and provided evidence. A customer should not be penalized for late responses from customer service. I expected the advertised discount. Very disappointing experience.
