If I could rate this service with zero stars, I would consider that generous. I pre-ordered a box set in October, and they quickly processed my payment the following day. The release date was set for December 5th, and I opted for 24-hour tracked shipping. However, nothing has arrived, and despite multiple emails sent to follow up on my order, I still have not received my item as of December 16th. All the email responses have been automated. I've requested to cancel my order and receive a refund so I can buy the item elsewhere. If I don't get a response by next week, I plan to visit their new store and take the item directly from the shelf. That’s how frustrated I am. I'm currently seeking a chargeback from my bank and urge anyone facing similar issues with the company to do the same. It's disheartening to see so many negative experiences, and I hope this service faces consequences for their actions. Given the reviews, it seems unlikely that this will be resolved before Christmas.
I had a very disappointing experience. I ordered an item labeled as "in stock" for next day delivery, but over two weeks later, I’m still waiting for any update. The item is now marked as "out of stock," and the support team has either overlooked my request for a delivery or dispatch update or responded with a generic message. I have requested a refund, but that has also been ignored. I will not be ordering from this platform again after this issue is resolved.
Regretting not reading the reviews first! I pre-ordered and paid for an item on October 30th, which was supposed to ship on November 28th. It’s now December 10th and I've heard nothing. My order still shows as preparing to ship online and they haven’t responded to any of my emails asking for an update. This was a gift for my daughter and now I won’t receive it in time. I can’t even cancel! Absolutely appalling service! I will not use this service again and will warn others.
I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Like many others, I ordered weeks ago and my order still hasn't been shipped. The only way to contact them is through an automated system that gives vague responses, and they refuse to refund or cancel the order despite the delay.
This service is terrible. They lack communication. Automated email responses make it incredibly difficult to get in touch with a real person. I ordered records weeks ago and they haven’t even shipped. When I try to reach out, I get an automated message saying my order will ship soon (it’s now much later). They also informed me they can’t process a refund or cancel my order, stating I need to return the items if I want a refund. They haven’t even shipped yet, so how can I do that? Truly unacceptable. I would give them zero stars if possible.

Each time I reached out, I received the same automated response, with no genuine update or clarity on when I could expect my order, despite explaining that it was time-sensitive due to it being a gift. To make matters worse, I was abruptly informed of a dispatch date that had already passed, highlighting the lack of real customer assistance. I have requested a cancellation multiple times with no response regarding my refund. Due to this lack of communication, I have filed a chargeback and ordered elsewhere. I strongly advise others to shop elsewhere.
While they seem to offer a great selection, having the items in stock and delivering them is another story. I have been waiting nearly a month for delivery and after several emails, all they say is that my order is being processed. There are no delivery timelines, no explanation for the delays, and no offer of a refund to allow me to order from another seller. They are part of a larger group, so do your research and order from a reliable source.
Still waiting for an order to ship from weeks ago. Customer service is just an automated response repeating that my order is being prepared for shipment. Completely unacceptable service. I attempted to make my purchase on the evening of December 2nd, clearly within the advertised promotion period. The website indicated that a discount would apply at checkout, but it didn’t. I took screenshots as proof. I contacted customer service immediately while the promotion was still live, but they only replied after it ended and claimed they couldn’t assist because the offer was over. This is unacceptable, as I reported the issue timely and provided evidence. A customer should not be penalized for late responses from customer service. I expected the advertised discount. Very disappointing experience.
