I received daily updates via email and phone regarding the delivery delay due to cold weather, which I completely understood. They even shipped my order before 1 PM, despite not paying for that option, and sent the rest of my items later that day, which is something I've never encountered before. My new slings are breathtaking, all in excellent condition and thriving. I appreciate the option to add extras to my order if I forgot something—such a brilliant idea! I spent all my holiday and birthday money, but it was absolutely worth it.
