This was my first time buying tarantulas online, and the experience was exceptional. I've never encountered customer service like this before! The company truly goes the extra mile for both the spiders and the customers. I received daily updates via email and phone calls, apologizing for the delivery delay due to cold weather, which I completely understood. They shipped my order before 1pm, even though I hadn't paid for that expedited service, and sent the rest of my items later that day despite only paying for one shipping fee. I don't know of any other company that does that! The new slings are absolutely gorgeous, all with lovely round bellies and in perfect condition. They are thriving! I also appreciate the option to add extras to my delivery if I forget something—such a brilliant idea. I've spent all my Christmas and birthday money, but it was worth every penny. I've already placed another order because the mystery box I received was fantastic; I got a Mantis, something I’ve never had before, and it's stunning! Thank you to the company for being amazing.

I ordered a 1 cm black shade tarantula, and it arrived safely and in excellent condition. The heat pack was still warm and cozy for the spider. The delivery was made by Royal Mail at 10 AM. I've ordered from this platform in the past, and they have always provided professional service. I highly recommend them to anyone purchasing in the future, as I will continue to do so. The heat pack was still warm when I received my order several hours later. Everything was very well packaged, and all eight spiders seem healthy, so I'm confident they will continue to thrive. I ordered a 1cm Grammostola Pulchripes sling for delivery on November 25th. Unfortunately, it passed away due to the extreme cold, even with a heat pack. I informed the team at 11 AM on November 26th, and within the hour, I received a prompt response apologizing for the situation and confirming they would ship a new sling that day. As promised, my new Grammostola Pulchripes arrived in perfect condition, with a warm heat pack, and the deli cup was much warmer than the first. This sling is healthy, calm, and I can't wait to raise it! I will certainly be ordering more species from this service in the future.
I ordered three spiderlings along with the spiderling kits and some additional equipment. The spiders arrived healthy and well-packaged, and the kits are perfect. I will definitely order more from this service once I gain more experience!
