I would give ten stars if possible! There was an understandable wait due to holidays and cold weather, but I appreciated their decision to delay dispatch to ensure the animals' health, unlike some other vendors. The heat pack was still warm when I received my order several hours later. Everything was very well packaged, and all eight spiders seem healthy, so I'm confident they will continue to thrive. Communication was pleasant throughout, even during busy times. An absolute delight—looking forward to ordering again!
