I ordered a 1cm Grammostola Pulchripes sling for delivery on November 25th. Unfortunately, it passed away due to the extreme cold, even with a heat pack. I informed the team at 11 AM on November 26th, and within the hour, I received a prompt response apologizing for the situation and confirming they would ship a new sling that day. As promised, my new Grammostola Pulchripes arrived in perfect condition, with a warm heat pack, and the deli cup was much warmer than the first. This sling is healthy, calm, and I can't wait to raise it! I will certainly be ordering more species from this service in the future.
