Shipping was delayed without any info (I checked carefully and read all the different situations with live food/equipment etc), some items were missing, and there was zero communication. Nothing about shipping or confirmation of purchase, and absolutely no response to any of my emails. Such a shame because they seem like such considerate people on social media. I understand things get really busy but no response at all despite seeing social media posts and emails about new stock is really frustrating.What did arrive was well packaged, including a heathy T and live food.Edit in response to the comment: of course I checked my spam folder. At the time I also tried calling during business hours and got no response. I appreciate you getting back to me on here but it’s surprising given how many times I have tried to reach you before.
