Absolute scammers. Spoke to them on the phone and confirmed prices of everything including shipping. Ordered on their site, checking prices of everything, including shipping. Told them exactly where it was being shipped to and they said nothing about additional charges. Until they got my money, then their whole tune changed. Contacted me almost a week later saying it wasnt enough and they wanted more. Somehow, DPD can deliver a 4ft fishtank from Blackburn for £9, but TSS want double that for a bit of cork. STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS.Edit: For those seeing the reply from TSS below. I was assured, then reassured, and reassured again that there would be no issues and everything would be smooth. Until they got my money. Then the problems started within minutes of my money transferring. Call me paranoid, but if the courier is the actual problem, how come im told nothing about it on the phone, I recieve no emails telling me about it, and I hear nothing about it until minutes after they have my money? There are coincidences, and then theres treating your customers like utter fools that were born yesterday.
