Complete joke of a company, they sent my tarantula on a date I never picked now I have to go pick up a dead tarantula from the post office,I rang them up and they actually thought it was funny! And tried blaming me! Use portsmouth tarantulas guys it's alot cheaper and the staff are very helpful and will cover you if anything happens to your T in transit.
