I had a very disappointing experience at this store. I took my child to pick out new shoes, and the staff member who was meant to assist us acted quite unprofessionally. He informed us that if the shoes touched the floor, they would no longer be suitable for other customers to try. I found this unreasonable—if the store floor isn’t clean, that’s their responsibility, not ours. Additionally, if a shoe accidentally falls from a child's hands, it shouldn’t be considered damaged. Rather than addressing the situation with understanding or professionalism, his attitude made us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. I expected significantly better service.
