Exceptional customer support … I submitted my measurements for replacement lenses for my sunglasses … they are a bit old but still seemed to be replaceable … Delivery was prompt, and I took them to my optician for fitting as it was a tricky job with the screws. She mentioned that she wasn’t sure they were the right shape but managed to fit them, and they look great. I contacted the company to inform them of a potential issue since my optician warned me that the lenses might fall out over time. I wore them a few times, and they appear fine; however, since it's winter, I couldn't say for sure if they were completely okay. The representative responded immediately, asking if I could resend the measurements along with some photos so they could make adjustments for a better fit. I sent this information and received another set of lenses, free of charge, very quickly. They even mentioned that I could send my glasses to them if I continued to have issues. I’m truly thankful to everyone in the company for the way my order was managed from beginning to end. All very professional, friendly, and attentive. Even though we are on different continents, my emails were answered swiftly, and I couldn’t have asked for better service, truly outstanding.
