The fit is excellent, and the lenses appear to be of high quality. My only concern is their transparency; they allow visibility of the eyes. Unfortunately, there wasn't an option for the mirrored version of the premium lenses. Overall, I appreciate the quality and the cost savings compared to branded lenses that are of inferior quality.
Exceptional customer support … I submitted my measurements for replacement lenses for my sunglasses … they are a bit old but still seemed to be replaceable … Delivery was prompt, and I took them to my optician for fitting as it was a tricky job with the screws. She mentioned that she wasn’t sure they were the right shape but managed to fit them, and they look great. I contacted the company to inform them of a potential issue since my optician warned me that the lenses might fall out over time. I wore them a few times, and they appear fine; however, since it's winter, I couldn't say for sure if they were completely okay. The representative responded immediately, asking if I could resend the measurements along with some photos so they could make adjustments for a better fit. I sent this information and received another set of lenses, free of charge, very quickly. They even mentioned that I could send my glasses to them if I continued to have issues. I’m truly thankful to everyone in the company for the way my order was managed from beginning to end. All very professional, friendly, and attentive. Even though we are on different continents, my emails were answered swiftly, and I couldn’t have asked for better service, truly outstanding. The replacement lenses are fantastic and worth the investment for polarized options, enhancing the beautiful frames. They arrived promptly, and the meticulous attention to detail on the beautifully crafted holding box was an added bonus, especially since this is a Christmas gift for my partner.
I was really let down. The video made the installation process seem effortless, but that was far from my experience. I followed the instructions, but nothing moved. I ended up breaking the original lenses to remove them and had to apply excessive pressure to fit the new ones, which warped my frames and left my thumbs sore. This was nothing like the straightforward installation shown in the video, resulting in new lenses in distorted frames. Not a success.
It was much cheaper to get new lenses than to buy new sunglasses. The quality seems fantastic, they arrived quickly, and were easy to install. The blue lenses look great. I’m very satisfied, as this saved me a couple of hundred dollars.
I am truly impressed with the lenses; they are noticeably of higher quality than the originals! I replaced the lenses in my sunglasses, and this was the only service that provided replacements for this style. I was hesitant to order from overseas due to shipping time, but the process took just over two weeks and was very smooth, complete with tracking. I will definitely order again for my other frames soon.
