Extremely disappointed in the quality of this product! I bought an 18x12 canvas as a gift for my cousin how recently lost her son and spent $78 on it. Not what I expected at all. Quality of it was not worth the money. I could have bought 2 from Walgreens for that price, received the same day and would have been happier!
I have reached out multiple times via email about my order, but I have yet to receive any response after weeks. It's quite frustrating, as I wanted a correction on the layout and a review photo sent to me. After sending 6 emails, I still haven't heard back. Additionally, the absence of a contact number makes it even more difficult to reach them.
I have been trying to contact someone you in this company about my order and I haven't had any success with calling or email. Please can someone reach out to me. I paid for my order and now there is no one I can speak to. The phone is always busy and the tracking company wants my to give them my credit card information and pay $40 just to track a purchase I made with this company
