About a week after we received our ST toothbrush it stopped working, we tried recharging & following the trouble shooting guides with no success. So we sent an email to the supplier, I have to admit I was quiet apprehensive & thought nothing would come of it & that we had probably wasted money. About 24 hours later we received a response from Adrien saying sorry for your having problems and could you please try these few things to see if that resolves the issues. We did & replied that there was no change to the unit. Another 24 hours and Adrien replied saying they would arrange replacement unit to be sent out ASAP. I was totally amazed.We have now been using the toothbrush for over two weeks and its brilliant, very effective & haven't had to charge it yet,I recommend the product & give the customer service a 10/10 with a big thanks to Adrien.CheersTony WoodAustralia
