My electric toothbrush has stopped working - I’ve only had it a year. The toothbrush itself was brilliant before it stopped working, I had no complaints. However, it’s covered under a 2 year warranty, yet despite contacting customer services multiple times to get a replacement under warranty, they have not responded to any of the 3 emails that I have sent them over the past month. Even messaged them on Instagram and I’ve not had a response. Poor customer service. Starting to feel I like the warranty is a scam.
I'm really happy with my toothbrush! The battery life is so impressive that I'm often caught off guard when it finally reminds me to recharge! More importantly, the customer service is outstanding... I reached out with a simple question on a Sunday afternoon, and they responded almost immediately with a warm, helpful, and detailed reply; my concern was addressed right away. I wholeheartedly recommend this service!!! :)

The design of the toothbrush head is awkward, and the bristles don't clean effectively. A traditional eco-friendly brush would serve you better. The company claims they don’t accept returns on any products. I sent items to an address they provided, which turned out to be invalid, and months later, I received the returned items without a refund. I've lost money on both the purchase and return shipping. Very disappointing.
