My electric toothbrush has stopped working - I’ve only had it a year. The toothbrush itself was brilliant before it stopped working, I had no complaints. However, it’s covered under a 2 year warranty, yet despite contacting customer services multiple times to get a replacement under warranty, they have not responded to any of the 3 emails that I have sent them over the past month. Even messaged them on Instagram and I’ve not had a response. Poor customer service. Starting to feel I like the warranty is a scam.
