Received a gift from my sister for Christmas. But guess what yesterday Swiss Colony sent me a $115 bill in the mail. Never have ordered anything from this company but they send me the bill. Called the joke of a customer service this company has only to be told "ya ma'am we are not going to do that" when I asked them to send the bill to her as she is the one who ordered it not me. Also had to create an account because the bill did not even show what was purchased, when I created the account it showed I had $1000 limit! Limit of what I have never done business with this company! Asked Natasha and the Manager and neither answered what this $1000 limit is. They were of zero help and the manager hung-up on me. I would never do business with this company. Buyer beware.
