Have purchased peti fours for years for family members. Every holidays I would recieve multiple catalogs. Each year, right on the cover, my full name, address and how much my credit had gone up. Never once, ever used. Purchased always with my debit card. I started receiving bills right after Christmas. All thief have to do it steel your mail, they have your full name, address, make a fake e mail and start spending. The account Swiss family made up for me without one signature or even my knowing. They do not give a shit who is spending it. They actually sent me the addresses of where the shit was sent. I feel there fine company is in on it. Please, if you recieve one of there catalogs, despose of it and cancel your account at once. Once I did this, I recieved a Montgomery Wards catalog with the same address as Swiss. Credit attached. This entire company is a scam. Must be owned by tRump. After over 20 years of purchase, I would NEVER recommending this fake company. My next move is my Attorney General and BBB.
I sent a gift to my daughter and they opened an account under her name and my daughter is getting billed for the order! I called to straighten it out and I’m told I have to submit a notarized letter saying I will take responsibility for her account! She never opened an account with them! I’m just going to pay this off as quickly as possible and never order from them again. Most of the products I’ve received are old and subpar.
Once again, the item was delivered to us in Florida without any refrigeration or cold packs. It was a cheesecake gift. I attempted to reach out to the support team multiple times, but each attempt resulted in an automated response and then a disconnection. I was informed that the sender should have opted for a cold pack. I advise against purchasing from this company; it's a waste of money.

I placed an order on the night of the 3rd and received an email on the 4th asking to verify my address before shipping. I noticed it was incorrect but found no option to edit it, only to cancel. I canceled the order, hoping to reorder after getting my refund. Three days later, I was informed that the order had already shipped. They first claimed it shipped on the 4th, then changed it to the 3rd. My order wasn't due for delivery until the 22nd. I had to go back and forth with them to get my money back. They said they would refund the order cost but not the shipping, even though my order status was pending and not shipped. They can't even agree on the shipping date. I regret not checking reviews before I ordered.
I recently purchased shirts and slippers for a friend, and he absolutely loves them. He wants to order them in additional colors. The sizing was perfect. While the shipping costs aren’t as low as some platforms, I found it to be reasonable. The items arrived quickly and in excellent condition.
I placed an order and confirmed my shipping address over the phone. Two weeks later, I still hadn't received my order. I called and found out it had been canceled. This was meant for customer gifts! The company is very disorganized and unprofessional.
The order placement process was terrible. I was given delivery options, none of which were met. I signed up for a Monday delivery but won't receive it until possibly Friday. They shouldn't offer delivery dates if they can't fulfill them. Additionally, customer service was unhelpful and had difficulty understanding tracking statuses.
