I've been spying on this website for quite a while when there was the October offering, because they hit 400k followers. That banner is, to this day (24th Feb.2025), still there and that 40% offering "ONLY TODAY" reached through Christmas and New Year, where their instagram page also announced that sketchbook with "low pricing". That's a strategy to get people to buy that book and by the reviews I looked up at here and reddit, it's clear, that it's bad customer service, not even the bought book and clearly a fishy website to begin with. Please be careful around the Internet, there are many scammers, even if they don't look like it.
